About the role

Movant is looking for an engaged APL Coordinator for a labor market education in Lund. As an APL Coordinator, you will be a vital link between education and the labor market. The position involves building and maintaining long-term collaborations with industry companies and ensuring that each participant receives the best possible guidance. Through regular follow-ups and visits to workplaces, you create a strong and quality-assured connection between education and the real labor market.

To fit this role, you have a natural ability to create and nurture relationships, and you enjoy working supportively. With your structured work style and commitment, you help participants achieve their goals and ensure a positive experience for all parties.
